Yes, it is. Nether blocks and obsidian can be obtained in phase 7 and later phases. Lava buckets are also available in chests. The end may be reached after completing all the phases.

LikeMarch 1, 2020Just uploaded a small hotfix for the last OneBlock update. The enchanted books from the rare chests weren't working, but now they do. To receive the hotfix (if you have already added the last update), just download the map again and exchange the data pack! =) Image

Here's some of the new features:
- rare chests, items and blocks in Afterphases
- tutorial
- interactive help menu
- revival kits after death

If you installed the 1st update (or downloaded the map after January 7th), you can simply replace the data pack to get it!
Notes:
- added a 'blocks mined' counter
- the infinite block now spawns all horse types
